She noted that the coronavirus pandemic requires the parties to immediately resolve urgent issues.
Matvienko also stated her confidence that the decisions of the Forum will contribute to the restoration of the level and growth of Russian-Belarusian economic relations.
Earlier, the chairman of the Federation Council committee on regulations, Vyacheslav Timchenko, said that the Forum of the Regions of Russia and Belarus will be held in full, but in video bridge mode in connection with the situation with the coronavirus.
