He said that this year in Crimea "unusually dry summer and lack of rainfall."
According to him, “there is not enough water in natural reservoirs, therefore it is necessary to work, including with underground sources”.
Earlier, the head of Crimea, Sergei Aksyonov, at a meeting on the situation with water supply, spoke about plans to build a desalination plant.
As reported by FAN, the head of the Laboratory for Deep Water Purification, Doctor of Technical Sciences Alexander Smirnov commented on the situation with the provision of Crimea with water.
