In the Kaliningrad region, two cases were opened after an accident with a bus

This was reported by RIA Novosti with reference to the senior assistant to the prosecutor of the Kaliningrad region Irina Ivoninskaya.

According to her, the cases were initiated under Art.

264 of the Criminal Code of Russia (violation of traffic rules) and art.

238 of the Criminal Code of Russia (performance of work or provision of services that do not meet safety requirements).

“At the request of the prosecutor of the Kaliningrad region, both cases were withdrawn from the proceedings of the police and transferred for investigation to the investigation department of the Investigative Committee of Russia in the Kaliningrad region,” she said.

Earlier it was reported about one case on the fact of an accident in the Kaliningrad region.

As a result of the accident, seven people died and about 10 were injured.
