According to him, the only way is to immediately return the parties to negotiations without preconditions.

Earlier, Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov expressed serious concern over the hostilities in the zone of the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict and stressed the need for an early ceasefire.
