"Having found that in recent days very few passengers out of several hundred from the planes coming from abroad landed in Capodichino (in particular from Paris, Lyon, Barcelona, ​​Frankfurt), have undergone the voluntary swab, pending the Government to upgrade Usmaf structures under the jurisdiction of the Ministry of Health, all passengers are required by order to undergo molecular or antigen tests ", reads a note.



"It is necessary - says De Luca - to activate very strict controls for those returning from abroad and in particular from countries where there is a significant increase in positive cases. It is essential to identify and carry out tests, as well as collection of all information data relating to passengers from abroad with the coordination of the competent Usmaf structure. What happened in the last week must not be repeated ".
