“I offered any help that Ukraine may need in these difficult times,” the Canadian minister wrote on his Twitter.

Earlier, France announced its readiness to help Ukraine after the An-26 crash.

Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko also sent condolences to the Ukrainian people and relatives of those killed in the An-26 plane crash in the Kharkiv region.

On the evening of September 25, an An-26 military aircraft carrying seven officers and 20 cadets of the Kharkiv National Air Force University named after Kozhedub crashed while landing in the Kharkiv region.

The bodies of 25 dead were found at the crash site, another person died in hospital.

One cadet survived.
