President Trump's nomination of a conservative judge to the US Supreme Court vacant due to Ginsburg's death, a head-to-head conflict between the opposition and opposition parties is becoming visible in the United States with a presidential election ahead.

In American society, the Supreme Court doesn't get swept away by elections, but as the last bastion to define values. Trump is trying to break the'conservative-innovation balance' by taking the'progressive icon void' as an opportunity.

President Trump appoints Amy Connie Barrett, 48, 7th Federal High Court Judge to replace Supreme Court Justice Ruth Vader Ginsburg, who died recently.

If Judge Barrett passes the approval process, such as a Senate personnel hearing, the U.S. Supreme Judge will be 6-3, giving the conservatives the absolute advantage.

The distribution of seats in the US Senate, which is holding a hearing for Judge Barrett's approval, is 53 seats for the ruling Republican Party and 47 seats for the opposition Democratic Party and independent parties.

The approval of Justice Barrett's nominee is virtually certain.

The Republican Party is planning to quickly finalize the vote for approval by the Supreme Court before the presidential election on November 3.

The Democratic Party, which is being pushed out of seats, has no clue to stop Judge Barrett from taking office as Supreme Court.

The concerns raised by the Democrats over Barrett's nomination are largely twofold:'democratic damage' and'the right-handedness that American society will face'.

First of all, the opposition is whether it is appropriate for the ruling party to appoint the Supreme Court Justice, which has entered the Lame Duck phase ahead of the November 3rd election, where not only the president but also a third of the senators are elected.

The winner of the November 3rd election must appoint Ginsburg's successor.

There are also concerns that if the balance of the Supreme Court justices is completely skewed toward conservatives, the US's progressive policies will be withdrawn one by one in court battles.

Democratic presidential candidate Joe Biden in a statement insisted that the Senate should not try to fill the vacancy in the Supreme Court until the American people choose the next president and Congress.

The U.S. Supreme Court Justices are on life, and once appointed, they remain in that position until their death or resignation.

These Supreme Court Justices have the ultimate power to make the final decisions of all endemic U.S. public policy, including gun control, the right to abortion, immigration, sexual orientation, and campaign funding.

If Judge Barrett becomes the Supreme Judge, there is a possibility that if President Trump fails to re-election, he may spread so-called "trumism" to American society for a long time.

From the perspective of the Democratic Party, which produced two former presidents, Clinton and Obama, Judge Barrett, who opposes abortion, resents against LGBTI people, is strong against undocumented migration, and even opposes gun control, is bound to be a'nightmare'.

The process of ratification by Justice Barrett is expected to remain a controversial issue in the upcoming US presidential elections for about a month.
