"On September 26 at 09:00, the body of the deceased was found under the fuselage, the search for two more persons continues," the department said.
According to Ukrainian rescuers, there were 27 people on board the plane, 25 of them died and two were injured.
Earlier, the Ukrainian media reported that near Kharkov, the search operation at the crash site of the An-26 was allegedly stopped after the discovery of the bodies of three victims.
