461 new infections with the virus in Saudi Arabia

Kuwait records two deaths and 758 new cases of "Corona"

Yesterday, the Ministry of Health in Kuwait announced the registration of two new deaths from the emerging corona virus, bringing the total death toll from “Covid-19” disease caused by infection with the virus to 597.

The spokesman for the Ministry of Health, Dr. Abdullah Al-Sanad, said that 758 new cases of the virus were recorded, bringing the total number of infections in Kuwait to 103,199.

The spokesman indicated that 108 injured people were receiving medical care in the intensive care units.

And the Kuwaiti Ministry of Health announced earlier, yesterday, that 649 injured people had recovered during the past 24 hours, bringing the total of those recovering from Corona in the country to 94,211.

In Saudi Arabia, daily reports to monitor cases of infection with the Coronavirus continue to indicate a continued decrease in infections, yesterday, as 461 new infections were recorded, compared to 472 the previous day.

And the Saudi Ministry of Health announced, in a statement, yesterday, that the total number of Corona injuries in the Kingdom has risen to 332,790 confirmed cases, an increase of 461 injuries.

And 769 new recoveries were recorded, bringing the total cases of recovery to 316,405 cases.

The Ministry announced the registration of 30 new deaths, bringing the total number of deaths to 4,655 deaths.

The highest new injuries came among the cities in Jeddah, which recorded 49 injuries, followed by Makkah al-Mukarramah with 42 injuries, then Medina, 40, then Hofuf with 29 injuries, and Riyadh with 27 injuries.

And in Ramallah, the Palestinian Minister of Health, Mai Al-Kailah, announced yesterday that 290 new cases of Coronavirus and seven deaths have been recorded.

Al-Kailah said in a statement that the Gaza Strip recorded the highest number of new injuries, with a total of 67 injuries, followed by Bethlehem Governorate with 50 cases, while the rest of the injuries were distributed to different areas of the West Bank.
