A "shameful affair", according to the own North Korean leader.

Kim Jong Un apologized on Friday for the murder of a South Korean in his territorial waters, the presidential office in Seoul said, according to the Yonhap news agency.

Citing a "shameful affair," Kim Jong Un apologized for "disappointing President Moon Jae-in and the South Koreans," Yonhap reported citing the South Korean presidency.
