China News Service, September 25. According to Korean media reports, more than 100 people have been vaccinated against the Korean influenza vaccine that was previously suspended without refrigerated storage during circulation.

The Korean Disease Management Agency held a press conference on the 25th and stated that the results of an investigation into the current status of vaccination (with room temperature exposure problems) showed that 105 people have been vaccinated.

Up to now, there have been no reports of abnormal reactions in the vaccinated population, and the authorities plan to continue to monitor the situation.

According to reports, the South Korean government confirmed that the vaccine produced by Xinxing Pharmaceutical, which signed a contract with the government to provide 12.59 million influenza vaccines in 2020, was exposed to room temperature due to failure to comply with the principle of refrigerated circulation.

As a result, the government stopped the free vaccination project on the 21st, which originally planned to provide free influenza vaccination for 13 to 18-year-old teenagers from the 22nd.

The South Korean government previously stated that the 5 million vaccines that were exposed to the cold storage had not been used.
