25 September 2020 The Antitrust Authority has initiated four investigative proceedings - and as many precautionary sub-proceedings - against the airlines Blue Panorama, Easyjet, Ryanair and Vueling, after similar launches against Alitalia and Volotea last year July and on the basis of a growing number of reports from consumers.

It can be read in a note according to which the target is "the sale of tickets for air transport services later canceled by the four companies due to the Covid-19, despite being scheduled for a period in which the limits of circulation imposed by government measures ".

The Antitrust, in opening the proceeding for the sale of canceled trips due to Covid also complains to "Blue Panorama, Easyjet, Ryanair and Vueling for having set up an onerous and deficient assistance service both in relation to waiting times and to the contact made available to passengers, forced to use only a telephone number at a surcharge, difficult to reach ".
