24 September 2020Anna Van der Breggen won the gold medal at the 2020 Imola Cycling World Championships in the time trial reserved for Elite women.

On the 31.7-kilometer course with start and finish located at the Enzo e Dino Ferrari circuit, the Dutch cyclist set the fastest time at the finish line, finishing in 40'20 "14.
