24 September 2020According to what was reported by some newspapers including Corriere della Sera and La Repubblica, the interceptions of the Perugia Public Prosecutor's Office would reveal an interest of the Juventus sporting director Fabio Paratici with respect to the Italian exam of Luis Suarez: "Paratici is interested" , would say the leaders of the University for foreigners of the Umbrian capital, where the test of the Uruguayan footballer was held to obtain citizenship.   



According to Repubblica, this interest is also spoken of in other conversations between the five investigators of the University.

Mediator between Juventus and the top management of the University, according to the Corriere, would have been the rector of the city State University Maurizio Oliviero, who will be heard as a witness in the coming days.   



"A person who is part of the Juventus staff called me to find out if the B1 test could be taken in my university - Oliviero tells the newspaper today - I replied that I would be interested in the university colleagues for foreigners. I called my colleague Giuliana Grego Stamps and I also spoke with Simone Olivieri (respectively rector and dg of the University for foreigners, ed). I explained to both of them what the requests were and I turned over the contacts. Then I didn't know anything more. A few days after the exam taken by Suarez I am I was contacted by Paratici who wanted to tell me that the player's entourage was very satisfied with the welcome received and wanted to thank me. "   



The Juventus manager, however, reports Repubblica, would have explained to sources close to him that he had never had relations with the University.
