The document extends the period of temporary or permanent stay of foreigners and stateless persons in Russia and the period for which they are registered at the place of stay, if it expires earlier.

Also, the chief state sanitary doctor of Russia, Anna Popova, signed a decree that obliges Russians who arrived in the country by plane from abroad to observe self-isolation at home until they receive a PCR test for coronavirus.
