Anyone who would hold tribal or other hate speech would be banned from entering the media,
" warned the Higher Council of Communication.
According to the democracy support institution, tribal hate speech has resurfaced in the country for just over a year.
Recently, the words of FCC MP Kabange Numbi Félix shocked some human rights NGOs.

”, launched the former Minister of Health, before warning those not originally from the former Katanga who would begin to“
insult the former president
”.
For these remarks, the president of ASADHO, Jean-Claude Katende seized justice last week on "
declarations with tribal and xenophobic connotations
".
Ethnic cleansing of the 1990s in Katanga
Gabriel Kyungu wa Kumwanza, political leader from Katanga, replied against this speech which he considers segregationist.
For him, such a speech harms national unity.
"
Everywhere in the Congo, the Congolese are at home,
" said the president of Unafec, before asking forgiveness for the ethnic cleansing, of which he had been one of the animators in the 1990s.
For its part, the Voix des Sans Voix advocates an education campaign for peace.
