According to the website of the National Health Commission, 31 provinces (autonomous regions, municipalities) and the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps reported 7 new confirmed cases from 0-24 on September 23, all imported from abroad. Cases (2 in Liaoning, 2 in Shanghai, 1 in Jiangsu, 1 in Guangxi, 1 in Shaanxi); no new deaths; no new suspected cases.

  On the same day, 8 new cases were cured and discharged, and 583 close contacts were released from medical observation. The severe cases were the same as the previous day.

  There are currently 167 confirmed cases imported from abroad (including 3 severe cases) and no existing suspected cases.

A total of 2,765 confirmed cases, a total of 2,598 cured and discharged cases, and no deaths.

  As of 24:00 on September 23, according to reports from 31 provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) and the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps, there are currently 167 confirmed cases (including 3 severe cases), 80,513 cured and discharged cases, and 4,634 deaths. A total of 85,314 confirmed cases have been reported, and there are no existing suspected cases.

A total of 828,788 close contacts have been traced, and 6,865 close contacts are still under medical observation.

  31 provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government) and Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps reported 20 new cases of asymptomatic infections (all imported from abroad); no cases were converted to confirmed cases on the same day; 3 cases were released from medical observation on the same day (all imported from abroad); 402 cases of asymptomatic infection were under medical observation (all imported from abroad).

  A total of 5604 confirmed cases have been notified from Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan.

Among them, there were 5,049 cases in Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (4,749 discharged, 104 deaths), 46 in Macau Special Administrative Region (46 discharged), and 509 cases in Taiwan (480 discharged, 7 deaths).
