The grounds for cancellation will be published "after the preparation of the full text of the decision."
According to "Ukrainian News", the lawyer representing the interests of the plaintiff Lyudmila Braslavskaya intends to file a cassation appeal against the decision of the court of appeal to the Supreme Court.

In particular, she was sent an image with the symbols of the SS division "Galicia" and "a text with a reminder that all enemies and traitors of Ukraine will be punished."
On May 27, the Kiev District Administrative Court made a decision, according to which it is necessary to consider as unlawful statements that the symbols of the 14th SS Division "Galicia" are not symbols of the Nazi regime.
Then the court ordered the Ukrainian Institute of National Remembrance and its officials to refrain from disseminating such a conclusion.
