September 23, 2020 France appeals to Italy to let Sea-Watch's humanitarian ship with over 130 migrants on board, Alan Kurdi, currently en route to Marseille, disembark in the safest and nearest port of disembarkation.



Quoted by the France Presse agency, the interior ministry of Paris stresses that in the last two years we have always guaranteed solidarity with Italy. We are at its side with a solidarity mechanism (sharing, ed) to take charge of the landings, we therefore ask you to respond favorably to the request made by the NGO to land in the nearest safe port ".
