It is still Lekeberg in place 46 that is at the top of the county's municipalities when the organization Confederation of Swedish Enterprise ranks the business climate among the country's municipalities.
But Ljusnarsberg has climbed 83 places from last year and is now notched in place 49.
- We are a small municipality with short decision paths and have had a decent ranking before.
But I think the success factors are that we are available and quick to inform and meet when there are questions, says Mikael Haapala, business developer in Ljusnarsberg municipality.
The neighboring municipalities at the bottom
Degerfors is the municipality in the county that has fallen the most on the list compared to last year with 65 places and is now in place 217. In the county, however, it is Hällefors that is at the bottom of place 288.
The neighboring municipalities Nora (place 287) and Lindesberg (place 285) also belong to the bottom positions among the country's municipalities regarding the business climate according to the Confederation of Swedish Enterprise.
