The municipal project "Live your dream" which has received a lot of attention has worked to get more people to move to Falkenbergs countryside for several years.
Now the municipality is taking another step in the same direction.
These are about 60 municipal plots, originally intended primarily for individual households, ie villas, which have been unsold since the 70s, but which the municipality now gives building contractors the opportunity to build semi-detached houses after having examined the detailed plan and current rules.
Two houses better than nothing
The fact that it is only now that the municipality chooses to sell the plots, with the new opportunity to build semi-detached houses for rent, is due to the fact that the detailed plan previously stopped this.
