In the video, the State Prosecutor's Office explains the crime of several employees agreeing to leave their work in order to achieve an illegal purpose

Today, the Public Prosecution office in the state published an educational film on its social media accounts regarding the crime of several employees agreeing to leave their work with the aim of achieving an illegal purpose, as part of its keenness to enhance the legal culture among members of society.

The Public Prosecution noted that Article 231 of the Federal Penal Code states that, if at least three public servants leave their work or deliberately abstain from performing one of the duties of their job in agreement to that or with the intention of achieving an unlawful purpose, each of them shall be punished with imprisonment for a period of no time. It is less than six months and does not exceed a year, and the penalty is imprisonment if the abandonment or abstention would put the lives, health, or security of people in danger, or if it would cause disorder or discord among people, or if it disrupted another public interest or the perpetrator was an instigator, In all cases, the court decides to deport the foreigner.

It is worth noting that the publication of this film comes within the framework of the Federal Public Prosecution's ongoing campaign to enhance the legal culture among members of society, and raise the level of public awareness of the law, with the aim of spreading the culture of law as a way of life, and contributing to reducing the percentage of violations resulting from ignorance of the law.
