“Today I am taking the first step in accordance with this decree, imposing sanctions against the Iranian Defense Ministry and the logistics units of the Armed Forces,” he said.
Earlier, the head of EU diplomacy, Josep Borrell, explained why the United States cannot initiate the restoration of UN sanctions against Iran.
