The People's Power decided to form an emergency fact-finding special commission in relation to Rep. Park Deok-heum, who is suspicious of receiving preferential orders for a large amount of construction from an audited organization through a construction company under the name of a family member while working as a member of the National Assembly's Land and Transportation Commission.
An official from the People's Strength said that the special committee will be composed of people with research experience and expertise on similar matters, and that they will quickly find out the truth and take appropriate measures.
Rep. Park is scheduled to reveal his position through a press conference on the afternoon of today (21st).
