“In connection with the decrease in average daily temperatures, the Ministry of Emergency Situations intensifies preventive work with the population to comply with fire safety requirements,” the department said.

Earlier, Russian Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu at a meeting of the board of the military department said that army aviation and drones are involved in monitoring the situation with forest fires.
