"

The Emir of Qatar affirmed that "the world, which is on the cusp of the third decade of the current century, and despite these estimated efforts, is still facing new and unprecedented challenges, foremost of which are the exacerbation of regional and international trouble spots, disarmament, environmental issues, sustainable development and terrorism." .
