New appeal against the compulsory wearing of a mask in Strasbourg

Wearing a mask is compulsory almost everywhere in Strasbourg.

"We are filing this appeal with the same arguments as before but we are also attacking the prefect (Josiane Chevalier) for non-compliance with the court decision rendered by the Council of State", explains Marc Jantkowiak to

The administrative court should now study this appeal "tomorrow morning for a hearing in the afternoon or Wednesday", hopes the council.
