The Dubai Government Human Resources Department launched the "My Experiences" platform, which is a freelance platform that aims to highlight citizens with skills and talents, invest in providing services in a convenient and seamless manner, and provide innovative marketing services, with continuous follow-up to develop the skills of its participants.

Al-Basti said that the “My Experiences” platform constitutes a tangible evidence of the Dubai government's keenness to provide innovative solutions to the challenges that face free-lance skilled people, and to help them highlight their capabilities in various sectors, by linking entrepreneurs and companies with qualified people of the state directly and without intermediaries. This would empower the self-employed and create more opportunities for them.

It also highlights the importance of the platform in promoting partnerships between the public and private sectors, and employing knowledge and technological development to consolidate the sustainable growth of the Emirate of Dubai.
