According to Andorran TV RTVA, four hours after the events, the man reportedly reported to the police when he was a few kilometers away, in the town of El Tarter.
He would then have admitted his guilt.
Investigators were seeking to establish on Monday what could have opposed the ex-employee and his former boss.
RTVA recalls that it has been ten years since there was a murder in the Principality.
