"The FAS Russia issued a second warning to Booking.com BV LLC about the termination of actions containing signs of violation of the antimonopoly legislation," RIA Novosti quoted the service as saying.

By concluding a contract with an aggregator, the hotel was deprived of the opportunity to offer more favorable conditions on its website or information desk.

In November 2019, the FAS warned Booking.com about a violation of antitrust laws, urging to exclude a number of requirements for Russian persons.

In December of the same year, FAS opened a case against the Booking.com service.
