  Xie Hengge, deputy director of the Department of Neurology of the Second Medical Center of the PLA General Hospital, interpreted the core prompts and said that active prevention and intervention can effectively delay the occurrence and development of Alzheimer’s disease. It is necessary to be aware of and alert to the early signs of Alzheimer’s disease. The "Yellow Strap Action" is a social welfare project jointly initiated by the China Population Welfare Foundation and CCTV News Center in 2012. Its theme is to care for patients with Alzheimer's disease as the starting point and advocates "equal care for both ends of life".

By the end of 2019, the project had distributed 979,000 yellow bracelets in 31 provincial administrative regions across the country, including 711,000 WeChat yellow bracelets, 19,000 positioning yellow bracelets, and 249,000 anti-lost positioning stickers.
