China News Service, September 21. According to The Times of India, a three-story building collapsed in the early hours of the 21st local time in Thane, Maharashtra, western India. At least 10 people have been killed, 7 of them. Named children, 11 others were injured.

  According to reports, the building collapsed at around 3:40 in the morning, when residents were sleeping.

After the accident, the Indian National Disaster Response Force (NDRF), fire brigade and police arrived at the scene for rescue work.

  So far, 20 people have been rescued, and at least 20 others are trapped.
