Support for infrastructure development in Ghanima in Al Ain, with 97.5 million dirhams

The Abu Dhabi General Services Company, Musanada, a subsidiary of the Holding Company, which is one of the largest holding companies in the region, announced that it has completed about 50% of the infrastructure project in Ghanima, east of Al Ain, which is being implemented in cooperation with the Abu Dhabi Housing Authority, at a cost. It is estimated at 97.5 million dirhams.

The project is scheduled to be completed and handed over to the authority in the second quarter of 2021.

On his part, the Executive Director of the Roads and Infrastructure Sector in support of Eng. Saleh Al-Shaiba Al Mazrouei, said: “In support of the vision of the wise leadership of the United Arab Emirates towards providing high-quality infrastructure, this project comes to support the comprehensive and sustainable community development process in Al Ain. .

The project includes 279 residential, commercial and services plots, as well as two mosques and the implementation of main and secondary internal roads with associated service paths.

Engineer Al Mazrouei added, “The infrastructure development project for Ghanima also includes the construction of sewage networks, storm water drainage, drinking water, internal road lighting and irrigation. When completed, the project will also provide integrated services for the infrastructure such as fire-fighting nozzles, power cables, power stations, communication ferries and pedestrian sidewalks Parking and more. "
