Several people had gathered in the parking lot outside the A6 shopping center and the police tell the newspaper that it was messy on the spot.
The case was received at 10 pm on Saturday.
A man must have fallen off a pickup or similar and been unconscious for a while.
He was taken to hospital but it is unclear how seriously injured he is.
The police have written a report of causing bodily harm, negligence in traffic and violations of the law because a lot of people gathered at the scene.
No person has been arrested.
