“According to information from regional forestry dispatch services, over the past day, September 20, 11 forest fires have been liquidated in Russia on an area of 185 hectares,” RIA Novosti reports.
It is noted that by 00:00 on Monday, September 21, 22 forest fires were active in Russia on an area of more than 973 hectares, on which work was carried out to actively extinguish.
Earlier, Russian Deputy Prime Minister Victoria Abramchenko spoke about the situation with forest fires in Russia.
