September 20, 2020Thousands of opponents of Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko returned to the streets today in various parts of the country for a new mass protest.

In a video clip, the opposition leader Svetlana Tikhanovskaya had asked her supporters to continue the so-called '' Justice March ''.

"Every week show yourself and the world that the people of Belarus are a force," said Tikhanovskaya.

Police are present en masse on Independence Square in the center of Minsk.

The protest is organized by the 'Nexta Live' group, which asked the police not to carry out the '' criminal orders '' issued by the government.

Human rights activists denounced that uniformed men do not have identified badges with them, in violation of Belarusian and international laws.

According to observers, about 150 thousand demonstrators took to the streets in Belarus last Sunday.
