The Federal Authority for Government Human Resources revealed that it had received 360 legal inquiries and questions from more than 36 ministries and federal entities, during the first quarter of this year, most of which focus on performance development systems, training, incentives and rewards, and remote work mechanisms, explaining that the total questions it received regarding rights Employees in allowances, bonuses and vacations, totaled 58 inquiries.
The authority indicated that the Ministry of Health and Community Protection was the one that sent the most inquiries, at the level of government agencies, while the Ministry of Climate Change and Environment, the Emirates Real Estate Corporation and the Sheikh Zayed Housing Program were the least communicated with the authority regarding legal inquiries.
According to the statistic, the legal consultations regarding which questions and inquiries were received from ministries and government agencies in the country to the authority have diversified into 13 administrative and legal categories, the first of which is “regulations and evidence” regarding which 56 questions and inquiries were received, most of which focus on “the performance management system, training and development, Job evaluation and description, strategic planning for the workforce, rewards and incentives, the system of policies related to experts and consultants, and the remote work system in the federal government.
The authority also received 33 inquiries regarding bonuses and allowances, 25 inquiries about vacations, 15 regarding contracts, 13 inquiries about housing allowances, 12 questions about the promotions system, nine inquiries regarding transfer, assignment and secondment, seven inquiries about service termination, five inquiries about appointments, and four inquiries about Grievances, two inquiries about violations, one question about suggestions, and 178 inquiries and various questions under the heading of other categories.
