Appointing magistrates to the Temple of Law is "the most important decision" for which a president is elected, Donald Trump said in a tweet following the death of Supreme Court dean Ruth Bader Ginsburg.

Donald Trump said on Saturday that he was "under an obligation" to appoint a new Supreme Court judge "without delay" following the death of his dean Ruth Bader Ginsburg.

Appointing the magistrates of the temple of Law is "the most important decision" for which a president is elected, he justified in a tweet, while the Democratic opposition asks him not to exercise this power before the presidential election of November 3.

. @ GOP We were put in this position of power and importance to make decisions for the people who so proudly elected us, the most important of which has long been considered to be the selection of United States Supreme Court Justices.
