The incident took place during a "big party", more than 100 people witnessed the shooting.
Among the victims are a girl and a boy between the ages of 18 and 22.
Earlier, the police reported about the shooting in the American Rochester (New York).
At the scene there are employees of the department for combating especially grave crimes.
