September 27 is the official election day regarding the planned wind power establishment on Ripfjället.
But from early on September 19, early voting will begin.
- We are unique right now as we are the first municipality in Sweden to hold a referendum since March and several municipalities are looking at how we do it, says election coordinator Mats Gustafsson.
One thing they have chosen to raise is precisely the possibility of a ballot - where another person submits the vote to the person entitled to vote in the polling station.
A system that has been applied to, among other things, LSS and nursing homes in the past, but which is now also possible for private individuals.
