Mohammed bin Zayed and the French President discuss by phone the two countries' relations and efforts to support peace in the region

His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces, today received a phone call from His Excellency Emmanuel Macron, President of the friendly French Republic, during which they discussed strategic relations between the two countries and ways to strengthen and develop them in various aspects of cooperation in a way that achieves their common interests.

During the call, His Highness and the French President also discussed a number of issues of common concern in the Middle East region and the efforts of the two countries in support of peace and stability in the region.

In this regard, they touched upon the importance of the historic peace treaty signed by the UAE and the State of Israel in promoting stability and security, living in peace, and achieving development and prosperity for the benefit of all peoples of the region and their future.
