On social media, opposition politician Alexei Navalny sends a new greeting.
In a picture that has been uploaded on social media on Saturday, Navalny is seen going down a flight of stairs.
In a post on Instagram, he writes that it is a long rehabilitation that awaits and that he still can not use his phone.
He also describes difficulties such as pouring a glass of water and that he, despite the picture, has difficulty walking up stairs.

But he also praises the doctors at the hospital in Berlin for their recovery.
"They have made me go from being a 'technically alive person' to someone who has great chances of becoming a man who can quickly scroll through Instagram and understand, without having to think about where to press the like button."
This comes a few days after Navalny made a first instagram update on his state of health on Tuesday, five days after he was disconnected from his respirator.
"Hello, Navalny here, I miss you all.
I can still barely do anything, but yesterday I was able to breathe on my own all day.
Really on my own ", he wrote then.
The condition is improving
The German doctors have established that Navalny was poisoned with the Soviet-developed neurotoxin novitjok.
It is the same substance that has been used against the former Russian double agent Sergei Skripal and his daughter in the English city of Salisbury two years ago.
Navalny has been treated at a hospital in Berlin after falling ill on a flight between Siberian Tomsk and Moscow on August 20.
After a couple of days, he was flown to the Charité Hospital in Berlin.
The Russian doctors who cared for Navalny in Siberia before he was taken to Berlin, have repeatedly said that they ruled out poisoning as their tests for toxic substances were negative, writes Reuters.
