Police arrested a tourist ascending the 59-story Montparnasse tower, the second tallest tower in Paris, France.
Police arrested a man climbing the 59-story Montparnasse tower at around 8 pm local time on the 18th, AFP reported.
The man in the video was hung from a building in white sleeveless and shorts, without any safety devices.
Eventually, the rescuer had to come down on a rope from the rooftop and stop him.
The man's identity was not disclosed, but daily Lefigaro reported that he said he was a Polish tourist.
The Montparnasse Tower, at 210 m high, was once the tallest building in Paris, but the second tallest building in 2011 when the 231 m La Defense First Tower was built.
