The Abu Dhabi government begins implementing it before the end of this year

"Once", you provide the customer with 54 official documents

The Government Support Department has set the end of this year as the date for launching a "one-time policy" on government services in Abu Dhabi, enabling customers to submit their data to government agencies once.

She said that this policy - which is the first of its kind in the region to promote digital transformation in government institutions - will provide customers with 54 official documents to complete their government transactions.

The department confirmed the application of the new mechanism to all government services, with the aim of simplifying the procedures of the customers, whose data will be stored, and allowing their sharing between government agencies and companies through the integrated government platform.

She stated that the "one-time" policy contributes to facilitating the journey of government agencies' customers in Abu Dhabi by reducing the documents required of dealers in each transaction, simplifying procedures for providing services, in addition to ensuring ease of data use, transparency and privacy.

The department stated that the “one-time” work mechanism depends on providing personal customer data to any government agency in Abu Dhabi for one time through the “Tamm” system, pointing out that the system will store the data through the integrated government platform, which is the only platform for the provision and exchange of digital data between government agencies and companies. .

It is also considered part of the strategy and projects developed by the Government Support Department for the next five years, foremost of which is the initiative of the 'Abu Dhabi Open Data' platform, which aims to enable the public and private sectors to exchange and share open data with consumers, emerging companies and academic institutions to improve public services, support decision-making and enhance Economic growth in Abu Dhabi.

The department pointed out that the platform provides more than 550 open source data sets in 10 vital sectors, namely agriculture, environment, health, transportation, society, economy, tourism, education, energy and technology, through six different formats, with the participation of the Abu Dhabi Digital Authority, with the aim of employing information technology to serve the community.

It stated that the first phase of the "Abu Dhabi Open Data" platform witnessed the participation of 23 government agencies.
