The alarm about the fire came at 01:15.
When the rescue service arrived at the scene, the villa was already on fire and the entire roof was on fire.
The two people inside the house were awakened by the smoke alarm and survived without injuries.
According to Johan Melin, internal commander of the rescue service, the villa cannot be saved and they have instead had to focus on rescuing adjacent buildings.
Post-extinguishing will take place during the morning and the area has been cordoned off for a technical investigation.
The villa could not be saved but has burned to the ground.
