"The operational headquarters made a decision to terminate the program of export flights in connection with the resumption of transport links between states and the possibility for Russian citizens to return home by regular flights," RIA Novosti reported.
As noted, as an alternative, aircraft returning to the country after carrying out cargo, cargo-passenger, transit flights will be used on a commercial basis.
Earlier it became known that Russia is resuming flights with Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Belarus and South Korea.
