But what are these visitors looking for?
Space, greenery and water!
“We have recorded a 170% increase in requests for houses by the sea”, explains Arantxa Manterola, “and also + 200% for those with swimming pool and + 54% for houses with gardens”.
Even if the figures for apartment requests are a little less crazy, they are still very impressive: + 30% for apartments in general, but + 38% for apartments with a terrace or balcony!
Consequence: there are many more applicants than sellers.
Which will only increase the price level ...
