In addition, 82% of Russians who have used such services believe that they simplify interaction with government agencies and facilitate the receipt of government services.

Director of research in the field of human capital Lyudmila Spiridonova from the analytical center NAFI called the formation of an infrastructure that allows citizens of the country to receive most of the services in a remote format as one of the most important components of the digital economy.

“Digital services have become commonplace for many Russians,” she said.

At the same time, she noted the need for comprehensive work both on the part of the citizens themselves - in terms of developing digital knowledge and skills, and on the part of the state - in terms of maintaining a positive image of electronic services, ensuring their safety and convenience.

The survey involved 1.6 thousand respondents over 18 years old from 153 settlements in 53 regions of Russia.

Earlier it became known that residents of Moscow have paid more than 6.5 million times for services through city online services since the beginning of 2020.
