Machine gun was found in the basement - now two men are being prosecuted

It was at the beginning of April that the police raided a property in Skiftinge in Eskilstuna.

In a storage room, the police found weapons, weapon accessories and drugs.

The store owner was arrested the same evening, and stated in interrogation that he kept the goods for a friend, according to the preliminary investigation.

The friend was arrested later in July.

The two men are now being prosecuted on suspicion of a serious gun crime.

Also suspected of drug offenses

During the house search, the police also found cocaine, and therefore the two men are also charged with drug offenses.

A third person is also being prosecuted for the drug crime.

All three deny any wrongdoing.
