The women's XV of France must carry out from Monday to Friday next in Marcoussis a training course to prepare the matches of the autumn with a group of 41 players in which Romane Ménager makes his return, indicated Thursday the French Rugby Federation.

The third row of Montpellier, 24, had been left to rest during the two previous gatherings in August after opting for a preparation course with the French rugby sevens team.

Her twin sister, winger Marine Ménager, who had participated in previous courses, is also on this list with other major players of the selection.

Full-back Jessy Trémouliere (Romagnat), half-versatile Pauline Bourdon (Bayonne), three-quarter Caroline Boujard (Montpellier), second row Lénaïg Corson (Stade français), third row and captain Gaëlle Hermet (Toulouse), second or third line Safi N'Diaye (Montpellier) and the Marjorie Mayans center (Blagnac) are thus present.

On the other hand, the third row Julie Annery (Stade français), the Camille Boudaud center (Stade Toulouse), the pillar Annaëlle Deshaye (Lyon) or the second row Audrey Forlani (Blagnac) are absent from the list.

Les Bleues, led by manager Annick Hayraud, must complete the Six Nations Tournament in the fall, interrupted in March by the Covid-19 pandemic.

On the program: a trip to Scotland on October 24 and the reception, like their male counterparts, of Ireland on October 31.
